Male!Kida x Reader

(Her name wasn't changed in this one, since Kida can be a guys name)

*(Y/N)'s P.O.V*
Milo was crazy! Absolutely round the bend, which is why this expedition will probably work. Milo and i are siblings, he's my older brother. Our parents were in love with this kind of thing just as we were, when they passed away in a car accident we carried on their work.

Somehow Milo had managed too get the funding too do this, to find Atlantis. I was in a truck along with my brother and the oddest group of people. I was pretty much asleep for the majority of the journey.

~Timeskip~
The vehicles couldn't go any further, so we were all instructed to walk the rest of the way. The caves we were in were magnificent, crystals and other things that had never documented in human history lined the placed.

Milo and i stepped into a rocky clearing and suddenly an unfamiliar yelling was heard, the language wasn't recognized. Many people wearing large Easter Island masks jumped down. They were tanned and bodies were lined with blue designs.

A male jumped in front of me and i squeaked stumbling backwards, he observed me for a while before reached for his mask and pulling it off his head. He was attractive to say the least "come" he whispered.


Gesturing for the others to follow he guided us through a tunnel. There was the stereotypical light at the end of the tunnel which we were heading towards. As we ducked to get under the exit of the tunnel, i gasped as i looked up. There was a large temple in the centre, there was sun and birds and clouds and people but we were under the sea!

The male from before took my hand and nodded "follow" i did as told, still with a gentle yet firm clutch on my hand lead me into the temple. Behind a curtain and towards a bed, there lay an old man, bearing similarities to the male who was guiding me.

They spoke in an unknown language, the boy whose name i learned was Kida translated for me "my sister and mother were taken by the sky, it will be my turn next" he whispered sadly.


I could tell the old man didn't like me very much, Kida sighed and stood before huffing and exiting the temple. I sat next to the seemingly dying old man "i can tell you're not fond of me and i understand why, foreigners coming most likely to steal your land and hurt your people. But i swear that's not any of our intentions! I want to help your people and i think...i think you all might be in danger and i...i'm sorry, but i won't leave until i know you're all out of harms way" with that i stood and walked out unaware of the smile on the old man's face as he closed his eyes and let out a final breath.


I passed Kida on the way out, he had calmed down and went back to converse with his dad. In the next few minuted there was a pained cry, alerted i ran back in too see Kida crouched my his dad's side clutched his withered hand tightly to his chest.

I gasped and hesitantly knelt by his side placing a comforting hand on his shoulder. He looked up at me tears glistening on his face "please...help my people" i smiled at his words and nodded "i'll do my best".

Milo and I had stayed behind, he had fallen in love with a girl and me, well as the title of this story goes (breaking the fourth wall //shot) Kida and i were in a relationship.  I wore an outfit that had belonged to Kida's mother, i had been announced Queen after Kida and i had gotten married. Yes we're married, quick wasn't it?

I gripped onto Kida's hand tightly and with an assuring smile from him we stepped onto the balcony and the crowd cheered. A rose was thrown up which i caught, i looked down to who had caught it too see my brother his lover at his side and his child in his arms.

I looked to Kida who grinned and pressed a chaste kiss to his lips, with our hands intertwined i lifted them into the air and as i did so. Our people did it too, we were together and hopefully- no...definitely, it would be forever.
